How do you select Organizations?
Our team meets and discusses any organizations brought to us, or that we are aware of in our communities. We have a list of criteria they should meet in order for us to have a delegate call for a meeting to discuss our event details and see what their need is at the time.
How can I find out about attending Quarters for Indiana events?
Our events will be posted on our Facebook Page "Quarters For Indiana". Tickets will be available for Pre-sell through the Event Organization or our Page. Links will be shared in each event page.
How much are tickets to participate in Quarters for Indiana events?
All bidding participants will pre-buy or purchase at the event each bidding paddle for $5 each. Each bidding participant may purchase as many paddles as they wish.
Reminder: If buying more than 1 paddle, you must place the correct bid for each item for each paddle you are bidding with. If buying 3 paddles and using all 3 to bid on an item with a bid of $.50, you will place 6 quarters ($1.50) in the bid cup and hold up all 3 paddles indicating your bid. If you only use 1 of the 3 paddles when bidding a on item, you'll only place $.50 for the single paddle bid. Once you select the number you wish to hold up, you cannot change it, even if your other number is called. You must say "no bid" to indicate you did not use that paddle.
